Does somebody know about this illegal medicine which was used in the early sixties and later on to reduce memory? The Pentagon ordered the development of this kind of medicine in the fifties, which was tested illegaly in some Canadian care-homes after the development.
The porpuse was, to use it in occupied countries, trying to keep the population in agony and to cause a lack of memory and to be used by the secret service. It had to be mixed in yoghourt and all sorts of sweet-sour liquids as well as marmalades conserved cucumbersetc., which should be distributed to the occupied population. In an inofficial conversation US officials denied the use and the deliverance of such stuff for private use, but they argued a small country might have copied this illegal medicine under military patentprotection, to use it in mischievous ambition, merely in cases of political or mercantile interests in many nations against individuals. Members of the aristocracy, empolyees of the larger churches and the extreme right gave confidential warnings among each other about this kind of drug from 1970 onwards but it never became subjekt of public information in democratic medias. Nore in 1968 in 80, rue de Grenelle, VII e , Favre.
