Two things.

1. He, his wife and children aren't in the list of Earls of Pembroke - I don't know if you have to take manual action for this or if there's something awry.

2. His wife's Countess-ship belongs with the 1138 creation as the 4th (counting her brother Gilbert as the 3rd), but William's appears to be a new creation by the new King John on 27 May 1199. This means that he and his children should be numbered 1st to 6th Earls (after which there is a short gap until the next creation).

I cite http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/ENGLISH%20NOBILITY%20MEDIEVAL1.htm#_Toc279818334 (accessed 23 Dec 2011) for the new creation - it occurred during the lifetime of his wife Isabel who would have remained Countess suo jure.

There can't be many cases of five brothers all holding the same title, one after the other, and none of them producing a male heir.
