THE engagement was announced, 3 March, 2001, between Julian Thomas Proctor-Beauchamp, [b. 1968], son of the Rev Anthony Hazlerigg Proctor-Beauchamp, and nephew of Sir Christopher Radstock Proctor-Beauchamp, 9th Baronet, and Julia Jane, eldest daughter of Mr & Mrs Timothy Woollatt.
