Comte Jean-Philippe de La Tour du Pin (son of Comte Olivier de La Tour du Pin [himself the son of Comte Aymar de La Tour du Pin and of his wife, née Princess Maximilienne de Croy] and of his wife, née Catherine de Guigné) and his wife, née Pascale Gaillard, had their first child, Pierre, at Paris on 13 January, 2005.
Comte Adrien d'Oultremont died at Opheylissem on 26 April 2005.
[He was born at Guines on 10 December 1918, son of Comte Albert d'Oultremont and of his wife, née Marguerite van de Werve d'Immerseel. In 1948 he married Comtesse Marie Blanche du Chastel de la Howarderie (daughter of Comte Ferdinand du Chastel de la Howarderie [himself the son of Comte Adolphe du Chastel de la Howarderie and of his wife, née Princess Marie Josèphe de Croy] and of his wife, née Blanche de Coetnempren de Kersaint). He is survived by her and by their two daughters: Sophie, married to Comte Christian d'Ursel; and Clotilde, married to Prince Charles-Louis de Merode.]
Princess Marie-Dorothée de Croy died at St.Benin d'Azy on 10 May2005.

He is survived by her, their three children, one granddaughter, and his mother.]

[She was born at Huldenburg on 11 November 1928, daughter of Comte Thierry de Limburg Stirum and of his wife, née Princess Marie Immaculée de Croy. In 1954 she married Comte Guy de Renesse (1926-1987), son of Comte Philippe de Renesse and of his wife, née Amicie de Monteynard. She is survived by their three children: Comte Jean de Renesse; Marguerite, Princess Wauthier de Ligne; and Catherine, Comtesse Jean Cornet d’Alzius.]

Prince Carl-Alfred von Croy died on 15 January 2008. [He was born at Marienloh on 4 March 1924, son of Prince Anton Prosper Clemens von Croy and of his first wife, née Rosalie von Heyden-Linden. Since 1952 he had been married to Huberta Freiin von Wolff Metternich. They had no children, but he had adopted his nephew, Nikolaus Engelbert Albert Johannes Graf von Schmettau, who has taken the name “Prinz von Croy”.]
