Could you please explain the following sentence: "McIliriach, a brother of the MacDonalds who came from the west of Ross and Cromarty and settled on the island of Jura." This sentence fragment appears in the information of Duncan Darroch, 1st Baronet of Gourock but does not appear to be related to Duncan. Is it relevant to Duncan and I just don't get it Rolling Eyes or is it transposed from another person? Thanks for your help. rravens

Fixed it now. Should read 'He was a brother of the MacDonalds who came from the west of Ross and Cromarty and settled on the island of Jura'
