[Michael Rhodes]

Ann Roundell (nee Moore), who died in hospital, shortly before 26 January, 2005, was the widow of Charles Wilbraham Roundell (b. 15 July, 1912; d. 3 Aug, 2003), of Dorfold Hall, Nantwich, Cheshire, head of that BLG family (of Dorfold Hall formerly of Gledstone).

She was Ann, daughter of Roland Moore, MBE, of Folly Bridge, Oxford, and married Charles Roundell, 7 February, 1942.

She was the mother of:-

(1) Richard Charles Roundell, b. 11 Feb, 1944

(2) Peter Roundell, b. 15 Sept, 1947

(3) James Roundell, b. 23 Oct, 1951

Mrs Roundell's granddaughter, Laura Roundell (dau of Richard), was first wife of the Hon. Orlando Montagu, scion of the Earls of Sandwich, who is now husband of Lady Honor Wellesley, of the Dukes of Wellington.
