mothers maiden name Douglas

ALSO

Sholto Francis Guy Douglas, Viscount Drumlanris
Hammersmith District (London) 1969 Q4 5B/6503/S
Mothers maiden name Sich

I believe the second of these must be a reregistration after the parents' marriage, which would have legitimised him.
