The history of this dormant title in the U.K. which belongs to the Fitz-James family, two people has the right:
The Duke of Peñaranda - House of Alba
The Marqués de Balboa - House Silva de Balboa |

The house of Alba and the House Silva de Balboa are closely related by the Alvarez de Toledo family, the Duke of Alba, today Cayetana del Pilar Fitz-James Silva, is 13 times Silva, and twice Fitz-James.
France made Jacobo de Fitz-James, Marechal de Berwick, though there is no Berwick place in France. Teh King Louis XIV, made the Fitz-James Silva, Duke de Fitz-James, Marquis de Fitz-James, Marquis de Balboa, titles which were distributed among the Fitz-James and the Silva de Balboa, who are the founders of the Principality of Andorra. |
