The Baroness Merriman, who died 5 March, 2005, was the third wife, and widow, of the 1st (and last) Baron Merriman.

She was the former Jane Lamb Stormonth, daughter of James Stormonth, of Belfast, and married the 1st Baron Merriman in 1953. He died in 1962 leaving no surviving sons and his peerage became extinct.
