     Lt.-Gen. Andrew Browne married Victoria Blake, daughter of Maurice Blake and Anne Lynch, they were parents.1 He died on 8 April 1883.1
     Lt.-Gen. Andrew Browne was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).1
