     Ida Frances Clarke was born . mIst 1 Feb 1913, Lieut Charles Maxwell, Gurkhas, s of Henry St Patrick Maxwell, CSI, of Ealing issue, one son. He d 1914. She m 1920 William Russell, of 31 Lower Belgrave Street, SWl, on 3 March 1880.1 She was the daughter of Henry Stephenson Clarke and Arabella Rose.2 She died on 28 March 1968 at age 88,, one dau. He d 1930.1
