RICHARD DECIE-PRESCOTT Deasy was born, on 28 May 1838.1 He was the son of Timothy Henry DECIE Deasy and Catherine Hale Prescott.2

Wores and Herefordshire.1 CC(Chm) Herefordshire.1 He was formerly Captain Royal Engineers.1 He was Colonel 3rd and 4th Bns (Militia) Wores Regiment.1 He was Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).1 Jure uxoris of Bockleton Court.1 Wores.1 He was educated on 2 October 1860 RMA Woolwich, m his cousin Arabella, dau and heiress of William George Prescott, banker, of Clarence, Roehampton, had issue (see BURKE'S LG, 1932 Edn, PRESCOTT of Bock/eton Court).1 On 22 December 1866 assumed addl surname by R licence.1 He lived in 2003 at 1956 Edn, PRESCOTT, Bt, of Theobalds Park.1
