     Catherine Thompson was the daughter of John Thompson.2 She married Sir John Eden, 4th Bt., son of Sir Robert Eden, 3rd Bt. and Mary Davison, on 26 June 1764.1 She died on 12 March 1766, without issue.1
     Catherine Thompson was Yorkshire.1 She lived Kirby Hall.1 Her married name became Eden.
