He and Anna Eleonore von Taysen were divorced in 1932. He married, secondly, Ingeborg Baronin von Steinacker on 26 July 1933. He and Ingeborg Baronin von Steinacker were divorced in 1935. He married, thirdly, Anna Doring on 28 November 1948.

     Elise von Waldenburg was born on 17 July 1870. She was the daughter of Alfred von Waldenburg and Johanna Bertram. She married Kurd von Leutsch on 12 June 1888. She died on 27 July 1955 at age 85.
     Her married name became von Leutsch.

     Paul von Mellenthin married Orlinda von Waldenburg, daughter of Alfred von Waldenburg and Johanna Bertram, on 6 October 1894. He died on 29 June 1918, killed in action.
     Paul von Mellenthin fought in the First World War.
