Sir Thomas Chicheley was born on 25 March 1614.3 He was the son of Sir Thomas Chicheley and Dorothy Kempe.3 He married, firstly, Sarah Russell, daughter of Sir William Russell, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Gerard, on 13 August 1635.3 He married, secondly, Hon. Anne Coventry, daughter of Thomas Coventry, 1st Baron Coventry of Aylesborough and Elizabeth Aldersey, circa 1655.4 He died on 1 February 1699 at age 84.3
