     Christian Dalzell is the daughter of Sir Robert Dalzell of that Ilk and Margaret Hamilton.1 She married, secondly, John Lindsay.1 She married, firstly, Sir John Somerville, 2nd of Cambusnethan, son of Sir John Somerville, 1st of Cambusnethan and Elizabeth Carmichael.1 She married, thirdly, John Crichton in 1556.1
     Her married name became Lindsay.1 Her married name became Somervill.1 From 1556, her married name became Crichton.1
