     Bethiah Willis was born on 21 September 1768.1 She was the daughter of Jonathan Willis and Susanna Allen.1 She married Alexander Crawford, son of John Crawford and Rachel Henderson, on 26 June 1788.1 She died on 17 July 1811 at age 42 at Oakham, Worcester County, Massachusetts, U.S.A.G.1 She was buried at Oakham Churchyard, Oakham, Worcester County, Massachusetts, U.S.A.G.1
     From 26 June 1788, her married name became Crawford.1
