Patrick Sinclair Hunter and Eileen Dorothea Ward, on 8 April 1967.4 He died on 29 May 2019 at age 76.3
     He graduated from Emmanuel College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Worcestershire South between 1974 and 1997.2 He held the office of vice-chairman of the Conservative Party between 1981 and 1983.2 He was deputy chairman of the Conservative Party between 1983 and 1984.2 He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Transport between 1985 and 1986.2 He held the office of Minister for Aviation between 1986 and 1987.2 He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Energy between 1987 and 1990.2 He held the office of Minister of State for Housing and Planning in 1990.2 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1996.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
