     Edward Plunkett, 3rd Baron Dunsany was the son of John Plunkett, 2nd Lord Dunsany and Catherine Hussey.2 He married Amy de Bermingham, daughter of Philip de Bermingham.1 He died on 23 January 1520/21, killed attempting to crush resistance by the native Irish under the Chiefs O'Carroll and O'Connor.3
     Edward Plunkett, 3rd Baron Dunsany succeeded to the title of 3rd Lord Dunsany [I., c. 1462] circa 1500.3
