     Elsie Winifred Macan was the daughter of Arthur Macan.1 She married Lt.-Col. Edward Almeric Spencer, son of Lt.-Col. Augustus Campbell Spencer and Hilda Grant-Thorold, on 9 July 1918.1 She died in 1969.1
     From 9 July 1918, her married name became Spencer.

     From 6 October 1945, her married name became Williamson. She lived in 1999 at Lower House, Ashley Box, Corsham, Wiltshire, England.1

     Major Charles Arthur Wellesley Williamson was the son of Reverend Charles Arthur Williamson.1 He married Guinevere Elsie Spencer, daughter of Lt.-Col. Edward Almeric Spencer and Elsie Winifred Macan, on 6 October 1945.1 He and Guinevere Elsie Spencer were divorced in 1975.1 He died in 1997.1
     Major Charles Arthur Wellesley Williamson gained the rank of Major in the service of the Sherwood Foresters.1 He was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.).1
