     Catherine Bradford was the daughter of Lt.-Col. John Bradford.1 She married Colonel Sir William Pierce Ashe à Court, 1st Bt., son of General William Ashe à Court and Annabella Vernon, in 1769.1 She died on 23 September 1776, without issue.1 She was buried at Cheltenham, London, England.1
      From 1769, her married name became à Court.1

     Lætitia Wyndham was the daughter of Henry Wyndham and Arundel Penruddock.1 She married Colonel Sir William Pierce Ashe à Court, 1st Bt., son of General William Ashe à Court and Annabella Vernon, on 30 August 1777 at Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.1 She died on 2 August 1821.1
      From 30 August 1777, her married name became Ashe-A'Court.1

     Sir William Acton, 1st Bt. was the son of Richard Acton and Margaret Daniel.1 He married, firstly, Anne Bill, daughter of James Bill.1 He married, secondly, Jane Johnson after 1624.1 He died on 22 January 1650/51, without male issue.1 His will (dated 30 May 1650) was probated on 26 March 1651.1
      On 7 September 1593 he was apprenticed in the Merchant Tailors Company.1 On 18 January 1601 he was made free of his apprenticeship.1 He held the office of Alderman of Aldersgate on 12 February 1627/28.1 He held the office of Sheriff of London in 1628/29.1 He was created 1st Baronet Acton, of the City of London [England] on 30 May 1629.1 He was invested as a Knight on 31 May 1629.1 He held the office of Lord Mayor of London between 1640 and 6 October 1640, although he was discharged by the House of Commons on account of favouring the King.1
     On his death, his Baronetcy became extinct.1
