     Reverend Andrew Robert Coghill Arbuthnot was born on 14 January 1926.1 He is the son of Robert Wemyss Muir Arbuthnot and Mary Coghill.1 He married Audrey Eileen Johnson, daughter of Denys Billingshurst Johnson, on 9 August 1952.1
     Reverend Andrew Robert Coghill Arbuthnot was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1944 and 1945, where he was wounded.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Scots Guards.1 He was a director of Suna Alliance and London Insurance between 1970 and 1991.1 He was chairman of Arbuthnot Latham Holdings Ltd between 1974 and 1981.1 He was ordained in 1975.1 He wrote the book Christian Prayer and Healing, published 1989.1 He wrote the book All You Need is More and More of Jesus, published 1993.1 He lived in 2003 at Monksfield House, Tilford, Surrey, England.1
