     Rear-Admiral Henry Evans-Freke Aylmer was born on 6 September 1878.1 He was the son of John Evans Freke Aylmer and Frances Margarita Thomson.1 He married Edith Winifred Duck, daughter of Vet.-Col. Sir Francis Duck, on 4 January 1910.1 He died on 16 August 1933 at age 54.1
     Rear-Admiral Henry Evans-Freke Aylmer was decorated with the award of Order of St. Stanislaus of Russia.1 He was decorated with the award of Distinguished Service Medal (D.S.M.) (U.S.).1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1922.1
