     Thomas Cecil Barber was born on 9 February 1903.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Philip Barber, 1st Bt. and Beatrice Mary Merritt.1 He married Joyce Mary Hedley, daughter of Dr. Edward Hedley, in 1928.1 He died on 10 January 1930 at age 26.1
     Thomas Cecil Barber was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1

Arthur Frederick Reginald Wiggins on 20 May 1948.1
     From 1928, her married name became Barber.1 From 18 September 1933, her married name became FitzGerald.1 From 20 May 1948, her married name became Wiggins.1
