     Elvira Zogu was born on 3 May 1932 at Burel, Albania.1 She is the daughter of Xhelal Bey Zogu, Prince of Albania and Ikbal Pekkini.1 She married Ibrahim Hadidi, son of Mahmoud Hadidi, in 1955 at Alexandria, Egypt.1
