     Amelia Sarah Malton was the daughter of William Malton.¹ She married Walter Francis Baynes, son of Sir William Baynes, 2nd Bt. and Julia Smith, on 23 September 1853.¹ She died on 7 August 1910.¹
     From 23 September 1853, her married name became Baynes.¹

     Walter Malton Baynes was born on 31 August 1854.¹ He was the son of Walter Francis Baynes and Amelia Sarah Malton.¹ He died on 24 June 1946 at age 91, unmarried.¹

     Major Nigel William Frances Baynes was born on 21 March 1878.¹ He was the son of Walter Francis Baynes and Amelia Sarah Malton.¹ He married, firstly, Phoebe Morris, daughter of John Grant Morris, on 26 October 1904.¹ He married, secondly, Gladys Marie Shortridge, daughter of T. W. Shortridge, on 25 January 1912.¹ He died on 19 March 1915 at age 36.¹
     Major Nigel William Frances Baynes fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Gloucestershire Regiment.¹
