William Bell of Blackethouse was the son of John Bell of Blackethouse and Jean Irving.1 He married, secondly, Jean Bell, daughter of Thomas Bell of Auldhall and Land.1 A contract for the marriage of William Bell of Blackethouse and Jean Bell was signed on 21 November 1670.1 He died after 1684.1
