     Henry Smith was the son of Samuel Smith and Elizabeth Frances Turnor.1 He married Lady Lucy Leslie-Melville, daughter of Alexander Leslie-Melville, 9th Earl of Leven and Jane Thornton, on 14 July 1824.2 He died on 7 February 1874.2
