     Sir John Bellot, 1st Bt. was born circa 1619.1 He was the son of John Bellot and Ursula Bentley.1 He married Anne Wilbraham, daughter of Roger Wilbraham and Mary Ravenscroft, before 1651.1 He died on 14 July 1674.1 He was buried at Astbury, EnglandG.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Staffordshire from 1661 to 1662.1 He was created 1st Baronet Bellot, of Moreton, co. Chester [England] on 30 June 1663.1

     From before 1651, her married name became Bellot.1

     Sir Thomas Bellot, 2nd Bt. was born on 22 October 1651.1 He was the son of Sir John Bellot, 1st Bt. and Anne Wilbraham.1 He married Susanna Packe, daughter of Christopher Packe and Anne Edmonds, in February 1674/75.2 He died before February 1708/9.1
     He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 11 July 1668.1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 20 March 1670/71.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bellot, of Moreton, co. Chester [E., 1663] on 14 July 1674.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1679 and 1681.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1690 and 1695.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1698 and 1709.2
