     Caroline Georgiana Best was the daughter of Thomas Fairfax Best and Margaret Anna Brett.1 She married William Mawdistley Best, son of Captain Thomas Best and Anne Kearney, in December 1854.1 She died on 7 March 1900.1

     William Mawdistley Best was born in December 1809.1 He was the son of Captain Thomas Best and Anne Kearney.1 He married Caroline Georgiana Best, daughter of Thomas Fairfax Best and Margaret Anna Brett, in December 1854.1 He died on 16 November 1869 at age 59.1
