     Sir Dominic Dyke Acland, 13th/17th Bt. was born on 19 November 1962.1 He is the son of Sir John Dyke Acland, 12th/16th Bt. and Virginia Forge.1 He married Sarah Anne Unwin, daughter of Venerable Kenneth Unwin, in 1990 at Exeter, Devon, England.1,2
     Sir Dominic Dyke Acland, 13th/17th Bt. graduated from University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He succeeded to the title of 13th Baronet Acland, of Columb-John, Devon [E., 1678] on 26 September 2009.2 He succeeded to the title of 17th Baronet Acland, of Columb-John, Devon [E., 1644] on 26 September 2009.2
