     Valentine O'Connor Blake was born on 1 January 1808.1 He was the son of Maurice Blake and Maria O'Connor.1 He married Hon. Margaret Mary ffrench, daughter of Charles Austin ffrench, 3rd Baron ffrench, on 7 January 1836.1 He died on 9 August 1879 at age 71.1
     Valentine O'Connor Blake held the office of High Sheriff of County Mayo in 1839.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Mayo.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Mayo.1 He lived at Tower Hill, Clooneen, County Mayo, Ireland.1
