     Sarah Evelyn Caldwell was the daughter of William Caldwell.1 She married William John Blease, Baron Blease, son of William John Blease and Sarah Watts, in 1939.1 She died in 1995.1
     From 1939, her married name became Blease.1 As a result of her marriage, Sarah Evelyn Caldwell was styled as Baroness Blease on 21 June 1978.

     Hon. William Victor Blease usually went by his middle name of Victor.1 He was chief executive of Northern Ireland Housing Executive.1
