Richard Robert Warmack was born on 16 December 1808 at Virginia, U.S.A..1 He was the son of William Seignor Warmack and Millicent Martin Winchester.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Ann Byrn, daughter of William Byrn and Talitha Hobdy, on 11 September 1833.1 He married, secondly, Mary Penina Miles in November 1845 at Davidson County, Tennessee, U.S.A..1 He died on 21 October 1891 at age 82 at Big Sandy, Benton County, Tennessee, U.S.A..1
