     Elizabeth Simonds was born in 1563.1 She married Thomas Jadwyn, son of William Jadwyn, on 28 May 1594 at St. Mary Aldemary, London, England.1 She died in January 1638/39 at St. Mary Newington, Surrey, England.1
     From 28 May 1594, her married name became Jadwyn.1
