     Sir William des Bouverie, 1st Bt. was born on 26 September 1656.2 He was the son of Sir Edward des Bouverie and Anne de la Forterie.2 He married, firstly, Mary Edwards, daughter of James Edwards, circa 12 September 1682.2 He married, secondly, Anne Urry, daughter of David Urry and Anne Church, on 29 April 1686 at Hackney, Middlesex, England.2 He died on 19 May 1717 at age 60.1 He was buried at St. Catherine Cree Church, London, England.2
     Sir William des Bouverie, 1st Bt. was created 1st Baronet des Bouverie, of St. Catherine Cree Church, London [Great Britain] on 19 February 1713/14.2
