     Maria Ellen Woodward was born on 10 October 1876 at Adelong, New South Wales, Australia.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Woodward and Maria Anne Purcell.1 She married John Edward Tatton on 17 May 1899.1 She died on 11 November 1959 at age 83 at Cairns, Queensland, Australia.1
     Her married name became Tatton.1

     Gwendoline Rose Tatton was born on 30 April 1900 at Charters Towers, Queensland, Australia.1 She was the daughter of John Edward Tatton and Maria Ellen Woodward.1 She married John Bernard Horton on 29 March 1924.1 She died on 1 December 1984 at age 84 at Cairns, Queensland, Australia.1
     Gwen was also known for her icing of wedding cakes. No children.1 She was Milliner.1 Her married name became Horton.1
