     Edward Henry Blunt was born on 12 March 1865.1 He was the son of Reverend James St. John Blunt and Isabella Elizabeth Stokes.1 He married Constance Moore, daughter of Thomas Moore, on 20 February 1909.1 He died on 12 March 1943 at age 78, without issue.1
     Edward Henry Blunt gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Berkshire Regiment.1 He was Assistant Embarkation Officer in 1914.1
