     Charles Edmund Rumbold was born on 11 August 1788.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Rumbold, 1st Bt. and Joanna Law.1 He died on 31 May 1857 at age 68 at Preston Candover, Hampshire, England.1
     Charles Edmund Rumbold held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Great Yarmouth between 1818 and 1847.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Great Yarmouth between 1848 and 1857.1
