Sir Thomas Burgh, 3rd Lord Burgh was born circa 1558.1 He was the son of William Burgh, 2nd Lord Burgh and Lady Katharine Clinton. He married Frances Vaughan, daughter of John Vaughan and Anne Pickering.1 He died on 14 October 1597 at Newry, County Down, Ireland.2 He was buried at England.2 His will (dated 12 October 1597) was probated in 1597.2 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 16 May 1598.2
Sir Thomas Burgh, 3rd Lord Burgh succeeded to the title of 3rd Lord Burgh [E., 1529] on 10 September 1584, by writ.1 He held the office of Governor of Brill, Flanders between 1587 and 1597.1 He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) on 23 April 1593.2 He held the office of Lord Deputy [Ireland] on 18 April 1597.2 He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on 10 July 1598 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).2

Hon. Edward Russell was the son of Sir Francis Russell, 4th Earl of Bedford and Hon. Catharine Brydges.1 He married Penelope Hill, daughter of Sir Moyses Hill and Alice MacDonnel, after 1643.1 He died on 21 September 1665.2 He was buried on 19 October 1665 at Chenies, Buckinghamshire, England.2
