     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1929 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Boulton, of Braxted Park, co. Essex [U.K., 1944] on 9 January 1949.1 He was a stockbroker with Mitton, Butler, Priest & Company.1
