     Reverend Richard Briscoe was born on 4 January 1808.1 He was the son of Richard Briscoe and Margaret Owen.1 He married Jane Eliza Anne Pollexfen Fuller, daughter of Captain Rose Henry Fuller, on 3 April 1866.1 He died on 17 October 1880 at age 72.1
     Reverend Richard Briscoe graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was a Fellow at Jesus College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Divinty (D.D.).1 He was the Vicar between 1839 and 1865 at Whitford, Flintshire, Wales.1 He was the Rector between 1865 and 1880 at Nutfield, Surrey, England.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Flintshire.1
