     Robert Allport Brocklebank was born on 25 October 1878.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Brocklebank, 2nd Bt. and Agnes Lydia Allport.1 He married Frances Walker, daughter of John H. Walker, on 21 January 1903.1 He died on 18 February 1946 at age 67.1
     Robert Allport Brocklebank gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Engineers.1

Oliver Brocklebank was born on 17 August 1908.1 He is the son of Robert Allport Brocklebank and Frances Walker.1 He married, firstly, Diana Boteler, daughter of Colonel Wilford Boteler, on 20 April 1931.1 He and Diana Boteler were divorced in 1947.1 He married, secondly, Marjorie Joan Snowling, daughter of Horace Snowling, on 10 September 1947.1
     Lt.-Cdr. Oliver Brocklebank gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He lived in 2003 at Redbourne, Lowestoft Road, Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk, England.1
