Lt.-Cdr. Malcolm John Luxmoore Duff was born on 22 July 1919 at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.1 He was the son of William Stewart Bruton Duff and Maud Cargill.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Harriet Penrose-Thackwell.1 He married, firstly, Angela E. P. Bate in 1947.1 He died in 1982.1
