     Henry Douglas Delves Walthall was born on 7 February 1880.¹ He was the son of Edward Walthall Delves Walthall and Caroline Marion Stewart.¹ He married Hilda Maud Hancock, daughter of Frederick Leigh Hancock, on 11 October 1911.¹ He died on 21 March 1931 at age 51.¹
     Henry Douglas Delves Walthall gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Denbighshire Yeomanry.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1901.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Army Service Corps.¹ He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.¹

     Hilda Maud Hancock is the daughter of Frederick Leigh Hancock.¹ She married Henry Douglas Delves Walthall, son of Edward Walthall Delves Walthall and Caroline Marion Stewart, on 11 October 1911.¹

     Frederick Leigh Hancock held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Flintshire.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Flintshire in 1910.¹

     Leigh Edward Delves Walthall was born on 21 August 1914.¹ He was the son of Henry Douglas Delves Walthall and Hilda Maud Hancock.¹ He married Dorothy Margaret Leonard, daughter of Hugh Robert Leonard, on 7 April 1951.¹ He died on 6 September 1996 at age 82.¹
     Leigh Edward Delves Walthall gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Navy.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was decorated with the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.).¹ He was captain of the H.M.S. Delight between 1956 and 1958.¹ He was Director of Air Equipment, Admiralty between 1959 and 1961.¹ He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1961.¹

     Dorothy Margaret Leonard is the daughter of Hugh Robert Leonard.¹ She married Leigh Edward Delves Walthall, son of Henry Douglas Delves Walthall and Hilda Maud Hancock, on 7 April 1951.¹
     From 7 April 1951, her married name became Walthall.¹

     Colonel Fiona Anne Walthall was born on 8 July 1953.¹ She is the daughter of Leigh Edward Delves Walthall and Dorothy Margaret Leonard.¹
