     Wayne Hercules Broun was born on 23 January 1952.1 He is the son of Hulance Haddington Broun and Joy Maud Stack.1 He married, firstly, Anna Marie Paolucci in 1976.1 He and Anna Marie Paolucci were divorced in 1998.1 He married, secondly, Caroline Mary Lavender, daughter of John Lavender and Jennifer Linsley, on 24 March 2001.1
     Wayne Hercules Broun was educated at Sydney Grammar School, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 5th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment.1 He lived in 2003 at 112 Narrabean Park Parade, Warriewood, New South Wales, Australia.1
