     Sir Guy Palmes was born in 1580.2 He was the son of Francis Palmes and Mary Hadnall.2 He married, firstly, Anne Stafford, daughter of Sir Edward Stafford. He married, secondly, Elizabeth Cope, daughter of Edward Cope and Elizabeth Mohun, after 1624.1 He died in 1653.2

     Annie Palmes was the daughter of Sir Guy Palmes and Anne Stafford.1 She married, firstly, Sir Thomas Browne, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Robert Browne, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Cope. She married, secondly, Robert Sutton, 1st Baron Lexinton of Aram, son of Sir William Sutton and Susan Cony, after 16 April 1635.1 She died before 1661.1 She was buried at Aram, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.1
     Her married name became Browne.1 From after 16 April 1635, her married name became Sutton.1

     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Browne, of Walcott, co. Northampton [E., 1621] on 16 April 1635.1
     His baronetcy became extinct on his death.1
