     Lt.-Gen. Sir Lawrence Worthington Parsons is the son of Laurence Parsons and Rebecca Catherine Lawder. He married Florence Belinda Graves, daughter of Dr. Robert James Graves and Anna Grogan, on 15 January 1880.1
     He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).2
