     Anne Bulmer is the daughter of Sir Ralph Bulmer and Anne Tempest.1 She married, firstly, Anthony Welbury.1 She married, secondly, Sir Gerard Lowther circa 1598.1
     Her married name became Welbury.1 From circa 1598, her married name became Lowther.1

     Sir Gerard Lowther married, secondly, Anne Bulmer, daughter of Sir Ralph Bulmer and Anne Tempest, circa 1598.1 He died on 14 October 1624, without issue.1 He was buried on 29 October 1624 at Christ Church, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1
     Sir Gerard Lowther held the office of Justice of the Court of Common Pleas [Ireland].1
