     Michael McDouall Eaton graduated from University of New Zealand, New Zealand, with a Diploma of Fine Arts.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal Society of Arts (F.R.S.A.).1 He lived in 2003 at Mountford, Waipara, Canterbury, New Zealand.1
